O Kindle Fire é bom mesmo?
Depois de meses de ansiedade, parte do brilho doKindle Fire está se esvaindo, agora que o tablet de 7 polegadas da Amazon chegou às mãos dos consumidores. A pechincha de 199 dólares atraiu muito os usuários, porém, depois de alguns dias de experiência real de uso, algumas falhas e problemas no design se tornaram mais aparentes.
As maiores reclamações até agora têm sido a respeito da falta de um controle de volume mais simples. Quase todas as menções ao tablet da Amazon dizem respeito à necessidade de botões físicos para controle de volume. A interface atual requer que o usuário navegue pela barra de ferramentas para aumentar ou diminuir a intensidade do som.
“A falta de botões torna os controles mais difíceis”, escreveu Billy Radcliffe em um review do produto no site da Amazon. Mas esse é apenas o começo da lista de problemas. “O espaço de armazenamento acessível é limitado a apenas 5GB, extremamente pequeno, caso o usuário queira carregar conteúdos em vídeo para uma viagem, e a a interface em geral do sistema é um pouco desconfortável e incompleta. Às vezes o botão para voltar não funciona, outros são duros demais para apertar com precisão ou acabam acionando funções incorretas, e a navegação não é exatamente intuitiva”, afirma.
Radcliffe, ainda assim, avaliou o Kindle Fire com 3 de 5 estrelas, citando a qualidade da tela e o custo-benefício em geral, incluindo a assinatura do Amazon Prime, que inclui streaming gratuito de vídeo eempréstimos mensais de livros sem custo adicional. Entre os satisfeitos, grande parte aponta que o Kindle Fire é ótimo “pelo preço”.
Outras reclamações constantes que aparecem até nas considerações positivas dizem respeito à autonomia de bateria abaixo do esperado e da capacidade de resposta da tela. “Há momentos em que o feedback não é instantâneo”, escreveu um usuário.
